1. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your Dr. MinSat Labo subscription at any time from your account settings. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
Access ends immediately upon cancellation. Your account reverts to the free plan (200 words per month, Humanizer only) with no grace period.
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your Dr. MinSat Labo account.
- Go to your account settings and select Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation when prompted.
Alternatively, you can contact us at contact@drminsat.com and we will process the cancellation on your behalf within 1 business day.
3. Effect of Cancellation
Immediately upon cancellation:
- You lose access to all paid tools and revert to the free plan (200 words/month, Humanizer only).
- Your saved data and history will be retained for 90 days.
4. Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by subscribing again from your account settings. Any previously saved data retained within the 90-day window will be restored.
5. Refunds After Cancellation
Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please refer to our Refund Policy or contact us at contact@drminsat.com.
