1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Dr. MinSat Labo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Use of the Service
You may use Dr. MinSat Labo for lawful academic and research purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary systems
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service at scale without written permission
- Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights
- Misrepresent tool-assisted content as solely human-authored in contexts where disclosure is required
3. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at contact@drminsat.com
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain full ownership of any manuscripts, text, or original content you submit to the Service. The AI-processed output derived from your input is also yours to use freely.
Our platform: Dr. MinSat Labo, including its code, AI systems, interface, brand assets, and proprietary methods, is and remains the exclusive intellectual property of Dr. MinSat Labo. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any portion of the platform without written consent.
5. Payment Terms
- Prices are displayed in USD for reference. Actual charges are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) via Razorpay, calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes
- Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store card information
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date
- Refund requests are handled in accordance with the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Korea
Under Korean consumer protection law, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the additional word quota provided by the subscription.
6. User Review Obligation
All content generated by Dr. MinSat Labo using AI must be reviewed and verified by the user before submission to journals, academic institutions, publishers, or any other recipient.
- Dr. MinSat Labo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or acceptance of any generated content
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted academic work complies with journal policies, institutional guidelines, and applicable ethical standards
- You are responsible for disclosing AI assistance where required by your institution or publisher
Dr. MinSat Labo disclaims all liability arising from submission, rejection, or academic misconduct findings related to content processed through the Service. Journal names referenced within the Service are used as readability benchmarks only; Dr. MinSat Labo is not affiliated with or endorsed by any publisher.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, applicable mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction may also apply.
